A small tree.White flowers less than 1 cm.
Shot in Amboli,Western ghats Maharashtra.
July 2008

Is it Ligustrum?? It has few species in north east India. This is only a clue and not  confirmation.

The characters which are matching apart from colour of flowers and size...... opposite leaves.Two stamens. Area Western ghats.
It is Ligustrum perrotteii
