Don't you have any other image ?
I have doubts about Cichorium intybus L. as per images and details herein.

May be some Lactuca‎ species.

But it does look a lot like Lactuca dissecta!

It is not Cichorium intybus..
But I am surprised to see this plant far away from its natural place (if it is Lactuca dissecta...)

SInce Nidhan Sir is familiar with the suggested id, and KEW says its distriution is ".... to Indian subcontinent", I think accepting the same would be safe bet.
