Is it Cestrum nocturnum?

Place: Avalanche forest reserve, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu

Plant habit: shrub/tree?? have seen growing upto 7 to 8ft..with several branches coming from the ground.  

Leaves: places were only this species seen as undergrowth in shola forests there is a bad smell coming. From the leaves most probably. 

Fruit: white color berries 

Seen as undergrowth in shola forests  close to tea plantations. Nothing much grows beneath it.
