Saroj ji the picture seems to be similar but there is difference in structure of stem and leaf shape. The stem of my sample four sided/angular.

 As far as I have searched, I could not find any reported species of Exacum from the state.

Yes, appears to be Exacum teres as per POWO, IBP, GBIF, BSI Flora of India
