The flower-heads of Blumea hieraciifolia are virtually stalkless, as can be seen from the FOC illustration. However, Saroj's plant has flower-heads distinctly stalked.

Capitula is not sessile and clustered here, as mentioned by Randeria (1960), but Pornpongrungruen (2016) mentioned that
its inflorescence is peduncled and peduncles are about 0 – 0.5 mm long. So it is a very good guess; it could be Blumea fistulosa, 
but then I am not sure about it now. We need to see the specimen for confirmation.
