i Think it is
Ipomoea mauritiana Jacq. Collect. 4: 216, 1791; Almeida, Fl. Mah. 3:
328, 2001; Singh et al, Fl. Mah. St. 2: 465, 2001.
Twinning perennial with tuberous, elongated root
Origin: Native of Java, Guinea and Holland.

I say this set of picture as "Electronic Herbarium". almost all
aspects are covered. (can be supplimented with pics of fruits and
seeds)
