Could someone identify this plant please?

Location: Place, Altitude, GPS Chethalayam, Wayanad, Kerala.
Wild
Plant Habit: Tree, Shrub, Climber, Herb Annual
Height, Length.
Leaves Type, Shape, Size
Inflorescence Type Size
Flowers Size Colour Calyx Bracts-
Fruits Type, Shape, Size Seeds
Other Information like Frangrance, Pollinator, Uses.

 This plant might be  Cynoglossum sp. (Boraginaceae)  (Juvenile stage)

I don't think this plant belongs to Boraginaceae !!

Yes, it is Cynoglossum furcatum (Boraginaceae). Leaves are dimorphic. http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=85920&flora_id=2
