Location- Place, Altitude, GPS-   Nagarhole National Park, near Mysore

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type-  Wild growing

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-  Herb

Height/Length-  1 ft-2 ft

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Spindle

Inflorescence Type/ Size-  NA

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-  Long and pointy, purple coloured

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds-  NA

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.- NA

Common Marsh Buckwheat - looks to be polygonam glabrum

Yes looks close to P. glabrum but not P. hydropiper.
