Looks like one of the wild species of Hibiscus or Abelomaschus. Certainly it is a member of the Malvaceae .

Could this be H hispidissimus or H surattensis?

I  am sure it  is not H.surattensis. I have seen H.surattensis.

Looking at the leaves, this looks like the rare and endangered plant,
Lobed Leaved Mysore Mallow (Decaschistia trilobata) from Malvaceae
family.

I think this is a Hibiscus species. (H. furcatus or H. surattensis?)

It can be either Hibiscus hispidissimus Griff. (most likely) or Hibiscus surattensis L., as per details and keys herein.
But details are not clear.
