It looks like Flueggia sp. syn Securinega.

Spelling should have been Flueggea not Flueggia.

ID is doubtful, as the fruits of this species  are white and appear in bunches .  Even the  pictures when compared to those in flowersofindia.net  differ.  Need to wait till the fully formed photographs of fruits are  posted.
