I don't know what this is but it is not Acanthaceae. The fruit with nutlets suggests Verbenaceae or Lamiaceae.

Best regards

It looks like Gomphostemma, I heard some one proposed the same for new species!

But not sure.

There is a possibility that this herb has been recently introduced from mainland of India because it was not noticed earlier by any botanist in and around Rangat which is a town on Middle Andaman Island.

Thanks, Paradesi ji, Tapas ji, Pankaj ji and Sampath ji,
It appears close to Gomphostemma heyneanum Wall. ex Benth. as per images and details herein (as suggested by Pankaj ji).
Distribution is shown as SW. & S. India, SE. Vietnam as per POWO.

Other species reported from Andamans look different as per
Gomphostemma javanicum as per POWO.

Let us wait till the publication of the new species, G. andamanicum, as intimated by Sampath Sir and see the diagnosis. Then we can arrive at the decision. However, the suggestion by Pankaj ji followed by Garg ji seems quite possible. So many plants have been introduced there from mainland through human activities.
