It seems to be Dipteracanthus patulus (Jacq.) Nees (= Ruellia patula Jacq.) with white flower, erect habit, obtuse leaves, pubescent capsule are the supporting features.

Could be Ruellia malacosperma.   However it is difficult to  confirme as the leaves in your photographs is not very clear
