Habitat: wild moisture rocky evergreen misty sloppy canopied windy alpine 

Plant habit: small tree, erect branches, hard woody cylindrical stem 05 inches base circumference, rough brownish bark

Height: 02 meters

Leaves: opposite elliptic acute simple glossy leathery, wavy, size upto: 06×4cm

Flower: axillary/terminal spike inflorescence, clustered, diameter:03mm, greenish white, non fragrant

Fruit: 

Seed: 

Camera: CANON EOS1500D +FL10x

It is Hedyotis for sure, may be similar to Hedyotis eualata, but not to H leschnaultiana

It is very close to, but some difference in sepals and it is more densely, please check collage, left is mine.

I am not sure about Hedyotis eualata as per GBIF specimens (one and two)
Detailed images would help.
Also try other species as per Flora of Peninsular India

After checking all species listed in Idukki district in Flora of Peninsular India with GBIF, the closest I could go was Hedyotis pruinosa as per GBIF specimen (one and two and three).
Pl. confirm or otherwise.
