OK Mr Garg. ID may be not matching, however, listed in Nepal is Terminalia alata B.Heyne ex Roth, not theTerminalia alata Herb. Madr. ex Wall.,

syn. of Terminalia paniculata Roth as you have mentioned in the link .

The small round structures are galls.

It is either Terminalia elliptica or Terminalia arjuna. The dry brown fruits are not very clear and neither is the bark. I can't see leaf glands in the photos.

Since the branches are pale grey it might be T. arjuna.
