Legume shape size s completely different from D. microphyllum !
Rather, I guess matches with D. multiflorum.

Thank you.

Small size of leaflets is creating doubts about D. multiflorum:
Shrubs, erect, 1-2 m tall, yellow to white pubescent, becoming glabrescent. Leaves 3-foliolate; petiole 1.5-4 cm, densely tomentose; terminal leaflet blade elliptic or obovate, 5-10 × 3-6 cm, base cuneate or nearly rounded, apex obtuse or acute, mucronate.

As per Flora of Pakistan:
Erect shrub, branches grey silky. Leaf trifoliolate, petiole 2.5-6.5 cm long, leaflets 7.5-10 cm long, c. 5 cm broad, ovate or obovate, rounded at both ends, mucronate, glabrescent above, densely appressed hairy below; stipules c. 7.5 mm long.

This is something else.

It is Desmodium heterocarpon (L.) DC. only as already identified by Nidhan ji and as rightly placed in efi site.
