Dear Dinesh ji,
Nice pic and good work.
വിദേശ videsha is not appropriate, more good is single name same tharuthaaval or tharuthaval.

Regards, Sam.

Thanks very much, Sam ji, for the appreciation, and for validating the Malayalam coined name.

It is good to give a prefix to the name tharuthaaval or tharuthaval. ... otherwise all Spermacoce spp. will be known by only one name.
I added വിദേശ videsha (= foreign) to imply that this particular species is introduced and now has got naturalized in some parts of south India.

Is there any other word that we can stick to  tharuthaaval ?  ... It will be a great help.
If not, I will go ahead to change the name and reduce it to just tharuthaaval.

Regards.
Dinesh
