I dont believe this to be Spiranthes sinensis, but cant confirm what it is. There is a report of Spiranthes hongkongensis from Nepal too, but the colour doesnt match, although the overall structure of flowers look like it. Spiranthes hongkongensis was described from HK as the name suggests but I have never seen such dark pink colours.
It is good to dissect in the format below. First is S. himalayensis (which to me is still a distinct species), second is S. sinensis, third S. hongkongensis, fourth S. nivea. The main purpose of my preparing this dissection was to facilitate easy identification.
