Bauhinia purpurea purely white..Pl.Confirm.

Dear all, Some days ago I had posted B. sp. for the confirmation, but unfortunately shots were not too good or clear. I am posting closeups and detailed photoes of Bauhinia. it is having three stamens with bilobed stigma. All the petals are clearly white but a fine line of pink tinge is there on the middle petal which is equal to nothing. Calyx devided into three parts after the flowering and not the spoon like. Please try to elaborate this Bauhinia, Is it B.purpurea again?

 Certainly appears to be B. purpurea-- non-overlapping petals and three stamens. I've not seen one so colored before. Thanks for posting.

Dear Mani ... the petals of mountain ebony Bauhinia variegata are quite broad and close to each other, tending to overlap, compared to narrow and open petals of B. purpurea.

The Mountain Ebony flower (Hindi: कंचनार) is the State Flower of Bihar.

pupurea is having different and different colours, then what is about
