I am sure if this has already been reported.
Noted last week (1 May) two trees (Lodi Road, on way
to Khan market, Delhi) flowering with dark maroon
coloured flowers hanging on very long dangling stalks.
Pradip Krishen's book helped me identify them as the
Sausage Tree. This is the first time I am noticing
this tree/flower.
