... Pseuderanthemum species -- most likely P. carruthersii, false eranthemum.

i think this is Eranthemum bicolor and behind tree is ficus starlight both are garden verities

It could be Pseuderanthemum carruthersii ( Seem. ) Guillaumin var. reticulatum ( Bull ) Fosberg
The valid name for this particular species is Eranthemum reticulatum (Acanthaceae)
