Do the fruits belong to the same tree?
Appears to be some Meliaceae member:

Dear Garg ji,
The flower and fruit specimens are of two trees of the same kind growing in two location, and the flowering tree haven't bearing fruits at that time, but the land owner saw the fruit and seed images and confirmed it as same kind.  Thank you very much for the family ID and link provided, with kind regards, Sam.

Fruit and habit look like that of Rourea sp. The flowers look different.

Dear Garg ji, Girish ji,
I also think so that's are of two kinds, leaves of fruiting tree also odd pinnate, but have some difference, it is at very height.
Dear Girish ji, an old man says that the fruit'n seed is of 'kaattu manjadi' or wild Adenanthera.  Seeds are 4 times bigger than that of Adenanthera, likes a big manjadi.  With kind regards, Sam.
