Dear Friends,
Came across this herb near  Gadeshwar (Panvel). I could see only one flower on a bit long spike (8 to 10cm). Flowers looks like those of "Rungia repens". 

Date / Time: 13-11-2010 / 05:40PM
Location: Gadeshwar near Panvel (Maharashtra).
Habitat: Wild
Plant Habit: Herb

I feel it may be more closer to Justicia concinna as per images and details.
