Plumeria Cubensis Urb., treated as distinct species by POWO, but as synonym of P. obtusa L. by Catalogue of Life, both well known databases.
The leaves of P. cubensis though similar to P. obtusa are longer and narrower with more truncate apex. Also petals are narrower and quite spreading as against broader and more approximate in P. obtusa
Photographed from Herbal Garden and University campus in Delhi.

Thanks, Singh ji.
We have lot of examples of such posts at
https://efloraofindia.com/efi/plumeria-obtusa/
POWO is frequently changing from syn. to Accepted name and from Accepted name to synonym.
So we will continue to follow https://efloraofindia.com/efi/plumeria-obtusa/ for the time being.

I thought we have been following POWO in nomenclature.
