Cucurbita pepo L.

One of the commonest and most diverse species of Cucurbita with sharply hairy petioles and stems, angular or lobed leaves, large flowers with pointed erect or spreading corolla lobes, and strong fruiting pedicel expanded at tip to fruit and fingers proecting and firmly attached

wonderful to see this much maligned fuit... nobody esp kids like to eat it.. though its climed to be a good (sort of ) source of vitamins....

what is that fat drying fruit in pic three? is it zucchini too?

Yes Ushadi

Such fattened mature fruits (perhaps left for seeds) were attached to the same plant, this one perhaps got detached.
