A tough task for this, since I do not have much literature for Indian Asteraceae with me, but I am 100% sure this is not Blumea DC. or Grangea Adens. or Pentanema Cass. or Vicoa Cass., morphological characters represent a species of Pulicaria Gaertn. (inflorescence, type of leaves - sessile, with auriculate base and flower heads).
There are chances of spread and it should be Pulicaria vulgaris Gaertn. or might be some subspecies of the same (little chances).
