After going through all the species listed by you, the closest I can go is Quercus lanata subsp. lanata as per GBIF- specimen 1 and Specimen 2. POWO and Catalogue of life give its distribution in the area. 
Looks different from Quercus acutissima, Q.brandisiana, Q floribunda, Q.griffithii, Q.helferiana, Q.leucotrichophora, Q.lineata, Q.semicarpifolia and Q.semiserrata as per GBIF, POWO and efloraofindia links.
