Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.
Location: near Reserve Forest, Chathamattom, Ernakulam District, (Kochi) Kerala PIN:686671
Flower date: 27.04.2021, 03.45pm
Altitude: 1400fsl
Habitat: wild moisture
Plant habit: climbing, branches, purpled flexible stem, hairy, spring or hanging thread, long lasting
Height: 06 meters
Leaves: alternate, heart shaped, apex, light purple under-veins, toothed margins, red spotted base
Flower: racemose inflorescence, diameter:02mm, pale white, non fragrant
Fruit: globular green diameter:7mm, edible tamarind taste before ripen
Seed:
Camera: mobile LG K10 2017 13mp +macro lens

I think it appears close to images at Ampelocissus indica (L.) Planch. as per comparative images at Ampelocissus and as per keys and description in Flora of Peninsular India.

The fruits of my A. Indica is ripening, sweet, delicious. I am happy to sharing more information and images, regards, sam
Fruit: globular green into purple, diameter:7mm, tamarind taste before ripen, edible sweet delicious taste of common grapes
Seed: black, 4 nos., pear shaped, size:3×2mm
