I am trying since long but unable to find id for this plant, previously I was thinking that it's a herb but later on observed that it becomes a huge woody climber.But still unable to observe flowers or fruits?

The population is also stable and quite common.It is a left handed twining climber. Rest can be observed in the photograph.I am having doubt on being a Vitaceae member.Please help.amit..
