Dianella sp for from Herbal Garden Samalkha Panipat
Cultivated Herb about 3 ft high
Family  Liliaceae (Lily family)
My guess is D tasmanica

It also looks like D. tasmanica to me commonly known as Flax Lily.

I think the plant is being treated under the family Xanthorrhoeaceae
nowadays.
