Kind attention of all the experts.

On the eflora page of Monoon longifolium there are three variations reported.

Polyalthia longifolia var. angustifolia (branched habit with slender spreading branches)

Polyalthia longifolia var. longifolia (branched habit with slender spreading branches)

Polyalthia longifolia var. pendula (unbranched habit with drooping branchlets).

Now I wonder how to differentiate between the two variations angustifolia and longifolia. Please provide crystal clear picture on this issue. What is the key here? is it related to leaves?

Please provide link to what you are quoting
The three varieties are very distinct. First two have branching habit with spreading branches. var. longifolia is a tall tree up to 20 m tall, leaves ovate-oblong to ovate-lanceolate, 25-80 mm broad. var. angustifolia is a smaller tree hence the name Dwarf Mast tree, has linear to linear-lanceolate leaves just 10-15 mm broad.
