This is Zeuxine longilabris for sure but this is not saprophytic. This
is normal terrestrial orchid. The actual leaves of this plant are not
visible in the picture, which are usually rosette and on the lower end
of the inflorescence.

I am sorry I have not been able to check the posts recently as I have
been stuck at Delhi with many problems in life.
