I checked it further.  It is not a tree but a bush . Later I checked with  my  collections of  Acacias' leaf characteristics.   It  tallies with  Vachellia farnesiana, also known as Acacia farnesiana, and previously Mimosa farnesiana, commonly known as sweet acacia, huisache.   ID character is the needle like ends of the leafy branch ( another name  needle bush for this reason ) .
