Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam

Location: near Reserve Forest, Chathamattom, Ernakulam District, (Kochi) Kerala PIN:686671

Altitude: 1400fsl

Flower date: 13.11.2021, 05.10pm

Habitat: wild moisture

Plant habit: climbing, branches, semi hard stem 01cm diameter, roots from stem nodes, perennial

Height: 12 meters

Leaves: alternate, ovate, oblong, apex,  winged petiole, size:12×7cm or less

Flower: globular inflorescence, diameter:05mm, off-white, non fragrant

Fruit: ovate, green into red, size:13×09mm, edible sweet but little itching

Seed:
