This plant bears opposite & fasciculate leaves. In my view, this appears to be Ceriscoides turgida (Roxb.) Tirveng. [Rubiaceae].

Today  I saw similar sapling on hill, in kothrud Pune.  

I think this is also Ceriscoides turgida (Roxb.)
