This graceful delicate herb is not much frequent and these shots are being shared from Chakrata...

Never heard about pink colour in L. album. Could be L. purpureum (I don't know whether it is reported from the area).

Never heard about pink colour in L. album. Could be L. purpureum (I don't know whether it is reported from the area).

I don't think it (Lamium purpureum) has been reported from India.

Three Lamium are known in Uttarakhand. L.album, L.amplexicaule & L.rhomboideum.

If we can follow FoP or FoNA for the id of blue coloured flowers of Anagallis arvensis L. we can depend on FoP flower colour of this species also. Of-course if only colour of flower is the only concern!

Yes it is Lamium album.i also collected it from my dist.i was also confused about it identity.when consulted dd herberium Dehra Dun then cleared that Lamium album has also purple flowers too.
