Identification of a tree at the bank of Powai Lake :ID01

The photos of tree near powai lake are attached. All leaves of tree in photos are new ones. Now the leaves have become green(after around eight days).

Kindly identify this tree.

Location- Powai lake, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Altitude: Sea level
Habitat- Garden Type-Wild Tree
Plant Habit- Large Tree
Height/Length- 25mtrs approx.
Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- very large(as seen in photo)
Inflorescence Type/ Size- as seen in photo
Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-as seen in photo
Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- not found
Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.- flowers smelt very bad
