Thanks Tanay, Gurucharan ji for the ID  Cleome viscosa (Syn: Polanasia viscosa(Asian Spider flower) & confirmation.

Dinesh ji,

Eflora link and http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Asian%20Spider%20Flower.html mentions Cleome viscosa  as Nayi Bela [Kannada]. However Nayi bela is not a herb, it is a big tree and translates to Limonia acidissima. 

The first Kannada to English dictionary by Rev. Ferdinand. Kittel [1894] with 70,000 words mentions
"The plant Cleome viscosa with yellow flowers - Gandu naaballi [Kannada] " Most of the scientific names are mentioned here & a good source.
