it is common ----Croton sperciflorum ( C. bonplandianum) -- Euphorbiaceae.

Recently I come to know that this plant (C. bonplandianum) is known in
Bangladesh as Panimarich ( I do not know why). If you break the soft
stem, a latex type exude comes out, which is applied on cuts and
abrasions and act as an antiseptic- Sibdas Ghosh
