This one was shot from the garden of The Command Hospital-western Command of Indian Army situated in Panchkula on march 8, 2012. I hope the id is correct, and above all this is my first upload through google docs..hope t goes the way I desire it to be.

I think it should be Linaria maroccana as per images and details herein.
Looks different from Linaria purpurea as per Wikipedia and Missouri Botanical Garden
