They are actually very different. I dont know how to explain. If you show me a picture then I can tell you.
Griffithii flower is smallest, petiole is not evident. Other two have long tapering petiole.

This is B. leopardinum. On the upper surface of lip you can see ridges and no warts. Leaves have long petiole.
