Seems fine to me, except that Jacquin is the author of J. tomentosa,
hence ideally it should be Avicennia tomentosa Jacq.

I think for fixing correct names we should rely on Kew Plant List, GRIN and where needed IPNI. THe other websites will only confuse us.

    Unaccepted in not a proper word. We should use synonym.

    Avicennia tomentosa Willd., has perhaps never been published (as per IPNI and KEW List, both reliable). The synonym for Avicennia  officinalis L. is Avicennia officinalis f.tomentosa Kuntze 

    Avicennia tomentosa Jacq. is a totally distinct species, now considered as synonym of Avicennia germinans (L.) L.
