Infected plant.
Looks different from species available as per comparative images at Euonymus
Also looks different from Euonymus grandiflorus Wall. as per GBIF and from Euonymus laxiflorus Champ. ex Benth. (Syn. Euonymus forbesianus Loes.) as per GBIF

I checked with all the species listed in the Checklist of Nepal.
Pl. see specimens:

Thank you Mr. Garg. I was also thinking the same but some net images made me confused.

Always better to try with GBIF rather than unreliable images on the net.

Dear Mr. Garg,

I feel it looks different from Euonymus vagans Wall.. efloraNepal says Evergreen shrubs or ascending subshrubs, to 3 m tal,
but actually it was a tree taller than the description. And the leaf pattern also looks different from the images in GBIF.

Thank you.

This should be Euonymus theifolius as per keys in Researchgate and GBIF specimens (one, two and three).

Still there is some confusion regarding  the habit as this was a medium size tree with quite thick trunk
but description says " efloranepal - Evergreen shrubs or ascending subshrubs, 2-3 m tall" and " Tapas da article-
Evergreen shrubs, 2-3 m high, often climbing by adventitious roots"
