Looks closure to it . But cannot confirm.   I will upload the tree photographs taken in Stanford University Campus a few years back for comparision , in a day or two.  It is frown as an  avenue tree there.

A suggestion from Carmelita Ji is it could be  Ginkgo biloba Tubifolia.
Need to check further.
