Here is a reply from Aparna Watve ji:
"wrong family. Its Gentianaceae- and it is Exacum (most probably E. pedunculatum which is common around Pune).
only this genus has anthers with with terminal pores (like Solanaceae) rather than longitudinal slits of Gentianaceae. Having 4-merous flower is rare in solanaceae of India.  "
