One of the forms of Habenaria pelarioides.
Habenaria pelarioides on the contrary is a deformed form of Habenaria dentata and both of them have so many fake names from India, China, Vietnam. Indians also made a fake genus Odisha.

Thank you Dr. Kumar,
POWO, CoL, IPNI and WFO have no mention of this sp. and could not be  retrieved with this name.
However, they have mentioned this as a syn of malintana. Only GBIF has this name retrievable.

Enclosing herbarium images from Nepal also! 

Please suggest !

Yes sir here also there is a spur, so it’s my mistake. It’s good to keep under H. dentata!!
