Habenaria rariflora  
Also called H. uniflora by Dalzel bcoz it bears single leaf at the tip of long peduncle as i have read

this is now called as
Habenaria rariflora A.Rich., Ann. Sci. Nat., Bot., II, 15: 70 (1841).

and

Habenaria uniflora (Roxb.) Griff., Ic. Pl. Asiat. 3: t. 338, f. 2
(1851), nom. illeg.
this is now called as
Diplomeris pulchella D.Don, Prodr. Fl. Nepal.: 26 (1825).
