Looks like Origanum majorana. Another species O. vulgare grows in Himalayas.

Origanum majorana Linn., sometimes placed under Majorana hortensis Moench. Hindi: Murwa; Bengal: Murru; Tamil: Murru, Maruvu; Kan: Maruga; Mal: Maruvamu; Kumaun: Bantulsi; Deccan: Murwa.
 Leaves used as condiment (Oregano) and flavouring. Seeds used in confectionery. Leaves and flowering tops yield oil used in perfumes. Infusion of plant in medicine.
