Please ID wild plant, kind regards, Sam.

Location: Checkanurani Madurai Tamil Nadu INDIA

Altitude: 190fsl

Flower date: 19FEB2025, 06.40pm

Habitat: wild moisture sloppy shrubby land

Plant habit: medium erect branched shrub, weak cylindrical stem 01cm base diameter, annual

Height: 05 feet

Leaves: alternate elliptic acute simple flexible serrated margins hairy, size upto: 05×3.5cm

Flower: axillary buds, whitish, non fragrant diameter:03.5cm

Fruit: capsule green into brown globular diameter:12mm

Seed: black 05 nos., ovoid compressed pappous
