Checked with all species of Nepeta listed in the Checklist of Nepal, but could not find a match.

Closest I can go is Nepeta leucophylla as per GBIF specimens from Nepal- one and two.
However, POWO and CoL consider it as a syn. of Nepeta ciliaris Benth., though it may be different.

I feel inflorescence pattern and petals design looks slightly different. 
N.ciliaris, coerulescens, discolor,elliptica,hindostana,laevigata, lamiopsis and staintonii 
are listed in the book.

I have seen some difference in petal designs in this genus.
