Hi,
Had previously written about this tree:

Last Sunday observed adventitious roots on this tree too. Sending a few additional photographs of the tree and also of the adventitious roots. Any comments ?
                       With regards,
                         Neil Soares.

Neil ji, have been these kind of growth in many trees in the (wet) forests ... perhaps they grow and remain only in presence of rain / moisture ... otherwise these would dry up and eventually fall ... this is my thought.
Could be root OR shoot ... biologically not sure.

Regards.
